Hello Everyone,
To enhance the education and outreach of marine protected areas (MPAs), eight new brochures have been created for selected MPAs in the central California coast region.
These trifold print publications include an overview of the specific MPA; key attributes and species descriptions; a fold-out, detailed map; information on allowed uses; and local contact information.
The brochures are currently being distributed to local organizations throughout the Central Coast.
The language and layout of the brochures have undergone a thorough review by our state, federal, and NGO partner organizations. These brochures have been endorsed as templates to be used for other MPA locations throughout California.
